The Congress Hotel - Hilton Waikoloa Village
$199/night for Garden/Golf/Mountain VIew Rooms, Ocean View and Deluxe Ocean View are available at incremental prices. Stays of 4 or more nights will include one free ticket to the Luau Banquet on August 27 (actual value $100). United Airlines has been selected as the official airline for the conference. Discount airfares will be given to passengers attending the Congress. The special rates will provide for either a 10% discount off any United published fare or a 15% discount off a full coach fare. An additional 5% discount is available for tickets purchased 30 days prior to travel withoin the travel period. For more information about this special arrangement, please contact the Congress Official Travel Agency, your personal travel agent, or the United Airlines Meeting Desk. When making air reservations, please ask for the Meeting Desk and refer to Code 501WH - the profile name is "Psychosomatic 03" conference. Ground Transportation
The Hilton Waikoloa Village is approximately 30 minutes from the Kona Airport. Taxis cost approximately $43. Additionally there are a variety of shuttle buses that transport delegates to and from the hotel. Speedishuttle is offering Congress attendees a rate of $15 one way and $28 round trip. Be sure to identify yourself as a Congress participant for this special rate. The trip to the Hilton is 25 minutes. This shuttle service and others are private enterprises, not provided by the Hilton Waikola Village. For large parties, of 10 or more, traveling to the conference, we recommend you contact the American Express Tours and Activities at 808-886-7958 or toll free from the mainland US at 800-424-1059, directly for group rates.
The Kona Airport is a convenient place to rent a car when you arrive.
