| 90% of Congress registrations come in from our online registration system. The other 10% are mailed or FAX'd to the registrar. We process confirmation letters and run credit card transactions at least once a week (usually Fridays). We are using the secure, online system to CAPTURE registration data but are processing credit card transactions MANUALLY (which is safer and less expensive). You should expect to wait 12-18 days to receive your confirmation letter from the time that you registered online. If you mailed in your registration it may take an extra 3-5 days.
